residents: arthur & eames & gerard It's a penthouse with two full floors, and one that covers half of the space. There's a bigger suite on the top floor, this is all Eames, his studio will also be here, which is what most of the space will go toward. His bedroom is slightly smaller than two other a floor beneath him, but it has wall to wall windows letting out to the city. A middle floor is only half of the size of the first and the third, leaving the living room and kitchen ceiling's high and open. The second floor contains nothing but two suits, bedroom and bathroom, both with their own entrances. The third entrance is through the roof, but it's mostly for emergencies. The bottom floor is accessible only through the second floor and surrounded with glass, leading out to two sets of balconies, one that opens from the living room and the other that is slightly hidden behind the kitchen, containing a second sitting area with a fireplace and a small pool. It's connected to a small gym and some space for working out.
