Abilities / Powers / Opt out

Eames is capable of forging other people in dreams. Basically what he does is take a completely different form of a person down to the clothes and the height and the width and the voice of the different skin that he puts on. They show this in the movie through clever imagery, like through mirror reflections. It's not so much a morphing kind of thing, but an illusion, I'd say. But a very good illusion given that it does include touch and sound and I'd wager also scent given that he plays a woman in the other scene where he's forging.
It takes some time and conscious effort to put on a different face. It takes him quite a bit of serious investment to build a character to either match a person or build a new face completely and then hold it together and not slip back into himself (or something else). People he knows intimately would be an easier task, people he's just met pretty much impossible to hold together with credibility. But at the same time it is easy for him to forge in general, shifting to a different shape is something familiar and easy for him. Creating something from his imagination is simple but keeping it constant another matter all together and replicating already existing things the most difficult task but definitely not beyond him if he puts in all the legwork.
Visually, he isn't going to be able to just slip into another skin while someone else is watching. It happens very much in the style of the movie, when he's not being watched. He can disappear into a crowd if he manages to find a place, even behind a corner to forge but if he is tailed persistently, it might be very difficult.
BUILDING
Eames is capable of dreaming up items and changing the layout of the dream permanently. So he might find a bazooka on the backseat when he needs it, or a new alley way between buildings exactly where he wants it. These changes aren't going to be permanent except in his home where he builds as he pleases. He can make it permanent in other places too, but he won't be doing that without player consent and in public places the changes aren't permanent.
STICKERS
When the last AC rewards were handed out, Eames got himself a number of Stabilising Stickers. These are stickers that he can attach to an item that he created with dream cheating abilities and it'll stick around until he takes the sticker off. Stickers can be taken off items and applied to different items. This way he can also gift those items to other people and they'll continue to exist even when he's not around.
OPT OUT
Opt out of Eames forging into your character or forging any other character at your character. Basically just opt out of his powers. I would never use his powers without checking from the people involved if that's okay, but if you feel strongly about this, feel free to leave me a comment and I'll make sure that I won't throw any of his abilities at your character, no problem at all!
